Working with Healthology has been a great example of us working through the whole journey with an organisation, from market research and the naming process to liaising to roll out the new brand across various mediums.
The owners of three medical practices approached Gloo, intending to transform their separately named locations under one new and cohesive brand. In turn, they aimed to become a recognised group and doctor’s clinic of choice for Hobart’s eastern shore.
We started by conducting market research into each of the three clinics’ community perception and identified what these communities look for in a GP practice. This research assisted us in identifying a suitable business name and its coinciding brand. From this, we developed a visual identity and logo that has been applied to the new website, stationery, social media, and signage to meet the business needs.
The feedback we received from Healthology has been positive with their confidence that Gloo helped them develop a brand in line with their community's needs.
