Essentially Mobile and Gloo started working together to redefine and reinvent the perception of their refurbished phones and tablets and market them to a broader audience. We focused on the points of difference to help set Essentially Mobile apart from their competitors. They differentiate themselves by providing high-quality services and parts, all their technicians are qualified, and their devices are guaranteed.
We also helped develop a new name for these restored devices - Refurbies. This name’s goal is to help distinguish between what Essentially Mobile sells and other refurbished mobile devices on the market.
We built a landing page that stands alone from their website but is a smooth transition to the rest of their products for their audience. Additionally, we’ve collaborated to utilise traditional and digital advertising to promote the quality of their products and encourage more Tasmanians to consider them as an option for their next device purchase.
